Who's Interested in Foreclosed Property?

Reuters.com reported that according to a survey conducted by Trulia.com in early November, the amount of buyers that are interested in foreclosed properties dropped to 43 percent from the 55 percent found interested only six months earlier in May. The report was released Tuesday and showed that growing concerns of hidden costs, prices dropping, and rising unemployment rates, may be keeping people from looking into purchasing foreclosed property.

Annalists are saying that it may be possible that we see the first drop in delinquency rates in the first quarter of 2010. The Boston Globe published an article discussing a report released yesterday by TransUnion, a Chicago-based credit bureau. TansUnion supports the idea of decreasing delinquencies say… Continue

Renovations Rising

CnnMoney.com published an article today stating that now more than ever people are investing in their current property rather than moving all-together. With home prices being down right now, it makes sense to hold onto your home for a few more years or even until the summer when prices are expected to rise.

In most cases homeowners move because they need more space. Rather than buying a new house simply for space, people are adding the space to their already comfortable homes.

Recently remodel… Continue
