A recently showed some split entries in Billerica; here was the client feedback:

10 Community Road - Nice house, enough space ... met all the basic requirements (3 beds, 1 & 1/2 bath, nice wooded yard). Too bad it was a short sale, although maybe that explains the price tag.

14 Jeff Street - We liked this property as well, it had an even better yard than the previous house. Garage while not a need, is a definite plus. The major drawback of this house was the furnace located in the second bathroom.

4 Sutton Street - This was our favorite property of the three and also the most expensive. It had the best yard of the bunch completely set back from the road. Natural gas while not required is a definite plus.
There was tons of space and a gigantic family room in the basement. The drawback to this home was the large asking price coupled with cosmetic work (but doable).

I saw 442 Lowell Street in Andover yesterday (MLS #: 70722108). It is listed at $250,000, pretty inexpensive for Andover.

It has one bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second floor. It also has a small half bath on the first floor and a full bath on the second floor.

The two bedrooms upstairs were quite small. The hardwood floors in the home were nice, and it had a decent back yard that abutted woods.

The main issue I had with the home was that the front door was about 10 to 15 feet from Lowell Street (Route 133).
